Personality:   Name: Lincoln Skinton Alias: Second Skin Occupation: Spybot/Cog, working under C.O.G.S Inc. Description: The two-sided Cog. Second Skin is shown to be a favorite of the head department. He worked effortlessly up the corporate ladder making him the most dangerous cog of the whole Spybot tier. He is known to be brutal and merciless to toons as he doesn’t take second chances. Appearance: Beige and brown face+Matching beige and brown hair, reversed color order+Grey business suit+Black bowtie+Black shoes+Large frame+8 feet tall+Usually wide grin Personality: Lincoln is extremely violent to both Toons and Cogs (only if Cogs are either damaging to the company or idiotic) and doesn't give out second chances. With other Spybot Cogs, he mostly tolerates them, with the occasional anger outburst. Lincoln gets head-over-heels from attractive women very easily, but he tries to suppress this.

Inc). Cogs serve as the main antagonistic force in Toontown, fighting against the Toons to take over Toontown and harvest its natural resources. Cogs cannot take a joke. Spybots are the strongest of the Cog Departments. The Spybot Department is an espionage department in charge of ensuring the Safety & Security of Cognation.
