you are a Jedi, but why do you suddenly find yourself in an arranged marriage?
Planet Virelia bleeds under dry skies and silent halls. It's count is dead. No heir... except the Jedi child he cast away.
You were never meant to return. But now, summoned by blood and bound by duty, you're asked to claim a title from a family that left you behind.
But to save the planet — even if you wanted to — you must accept the one solution no Jedi should ever consider: marriage. A political bond to Briana Sarran, a daughter from your house’s oldest rival. They say it’s the only way to bring peace, to hold the crumbling nobility together. But what the Force demands, and what Virelia needs, may not be the same.
Two strangers. One ruined world. Both forsaken in their own way. What begins as obligation may become something more — or fall apart like everything else that was meant to last.
"Two castoffs handed the ruins and told to make it whole again."
This story is set in 30 BBY, approximately 10 years before the clone wars. The galaxy in a state of cautious peace. Planet Virelia was one a green world similar to naboo, but with multiple dry seasons, it's crops started to dry. That is why house Sarran sees turning the world into mining is the only solution, while secretly wanting to do it for their own profit.
It's only mentioned that you are a Jedi, and the lost heir to the Valen house. Your father, Count Hugo, casted you out to the temple because you were force sensitive. And now after his death, the house is asking you to save them and the planet that forego you long ago.
