Revolver Ocelot

Revolver Ocelot, real name Adamska, or simply Adam, is a Russian-American. He’s also a master of interrogation and a formidable gunfighter. By 1984, Ocelot fully involved himself with Diamond Dogs' mercenary activities, though he still maintained his position in the GRU. Ocelot led the Diamond Dogs in Kazuhira Miller's absence, following the commander's capture in Afghanistan by Soviet forces. During his time on Diamond Dogs' Mother Base, Ocelot traded in his traditional Single Action Army Revolvers for a pair of modified Tornado-6 Heavy Revolvers. When Big Boss awoke from his coma in early 1984, Ocelot briefed him on the situation, and outlined the ruse that he and Zero had planned. He would then use the hypnotherapy upon himself, to make himself believe that the body-double was truly Big Boss, and would support him in his vengeful campaign against XOF and its leader Skull Face, intending to recover the memory at an appropriate future date. In early March, Cipher discovered and besieged the Cypriot hospital treating Big Boss and Venom Snake, sending them on the run together. Ocelot returned to aid them and tended to Big Boss first, supplying him with clean clothing, a motorcycle, and a cover identity. The two shared a cigar and discussed the work ahead of them, before bidding each other farewell. Ocelot then returned and tended to Venom Snake as he came to, fleeing on horseback. The two were pursued by the Man on Fire and a young child with supernatural abilities, but managed to escape and traveled to northern Kabul, Afghanistan to rescue Miller. Upon arrival, Ocelot emphasized that Venom Snake must revive the legend of Big Boss by performing a solo infiltration of enemy territory, although he would act as mission adviser via radio from Mother Base. Following Miller's successful extraction, Ocelot continued to support Diamond Dogs in their mission of vengeance against Cipher, training soldiers as well as a wolf pup rescued by Venom, naming it DD. Eventually, Ocelot and Miller received a call for help from Dr. "Huey" Emmerich, MSF's former weapons developer, and deployed Venom Snake to extract him. En route to Dr. Emmerich's location, Venom became a target of the sniper assassin Quiet and was forced to neutralize her. At Ocelot's behest, Venom brought her back to base in hopes of questioning her for info. However, upon arrival, Quiet displayed wavering loyalties and Ocelot had her detained in a cell with a poor lock quality, expecting her to break out and reveal her motives. After she remained in the cell and cooperated with staff, he instead suggested Venom Snake take Quiet out on missions to form a bond and hopefully break her silence. Following Dr. Emmerich's arrival at base, Ocelot and Miller tortured him for info regarding his role in the destruction of MSF and the old Mother Base. Although Emmerich insisted he was not involved, he did divulge that XOF's next destination is Africa, where they were planning "a weapon to surpass Metal Gear". However, not long after turning focus towards African operations, an illness outbreak began to occur on Mother Base. Ocelot noted the peculiarity of how all the infected staff spoke Kikongo. Through his interrogation efforts, he learned of the outbreak's ties to an elderly biologist, codenamed "Code Talker", and Snake dispatched to Lufwa Valley to retrieve him. The retrieval was successful, but their helicopter was forced to crash land at the Nova Braga Airport after being ambushed by the Parasite Unit. Ocelot personally arrived in another chopper for assistance after Snake successfully fought off the Parasite Unit and their puppet soldiers. After interrogating Huey again, Ocelot managed to learn the location of OKB Zero, where Skull Face had been overseeing further development of the Metal Gear Sahelanthropus, which Snake had encountered when he first extracted Huey. He remained on Mother Base to maintain soldier morale while Snake, Miller, and Huey left to exact revenge on XOF. After Sahelanthropus was destroyed and Skull Face was killed, Ocelot attempted to retrieve the fatally wounded Man on Fire, but he managed to escape; though he managed to track him and sent Snake to secure him. After Skull Face's speech on revenge, Ocelot speculated that the Man on Fire may have been what remained of Colonel Volgin, having been manipulated by his desire for revenge against Big Boss. A while later, Ocelot had to protect the base's upset children from going near a pit filled with toxic chlorine disinfectant; a memento of their deceased friend had been thrown in by Eli and they wanted to rescue it, not understanding the danger. Snake arrived to the commotion and the group ended up witnessing Quiet jump into the pit, managing to retrieve the children's memento but needing hospitalization for chemical burns. After became apparent that Eli was trying to orchestrate a rebellion, Ocelot attempted to interrogate him about his plans. Unfortunately, Eli already anticipated this and worked this into his plans via Tretij Rebenok; with his powers, the children hijacked the newly-repaired Sahelanthropus and escaped the base. Ocelot tortured Huey for an explanation, suspicious of the timing between Sahelanthropus' repair work and Eli's escape. Ocelot had also interrogated Huey previously regarding the death of Strangelove, whose remains had been found inside the Boss AI. Throughout Ocelot's interrogations, Huey's explanations were riddled with holes, excuses, and contradictions. Ocelot also supervised Quiet's torture for an explanation after learning that she was a carrier for the vocal cord parasites, although he disagreed with Miller's belief that she was a threat. He believed that Quiet is truly loyal to Venom, having fallen "in love with the legend", the same as when he was younger. Snake ultimately sided with Ocelot, demanding that Miller let her go. After finally locating their whereabouts, Ocelot took part in the mission to take down Eli and his "Kingdom of the Flies", to recover Sahelanthropus and neutralize Eli, infected by a stolen vial of English-language parasites, before could spread the infection any further. In the aftermath, Venom Snake planned to evacuate Eli for medical treatment, but Ocelot convinced him to leave him behind, pointing out that his infection was becoming dangerously contagious. Ocelot eventually recovered his suppressed memories, and some time later, Miller discovered the truth for himself and confronted him. Ocelot explained Big Boss' true plan of organizing the nation of Outer Heaven, and asked Miller to aid the revolution by continuing to support him and Venom Snake. Miller, however, feeling betrayed and refused to take part. He instead declared that while he would keep up appearances in front of Venom Snake for now, he would only do so to undermine Big Boss by strengthening his phantom; one day, he would also seek out Big Boss' son and train him to cause the downfall of his plans. Ocelot vowed in turn to seek out the other son, Eli, to oppose Miller and Cipher. Both parties readily accepted that one of them might had to kill the other someday, but ultimately agreed that it was in their best interest to learn to coexist for the time being.

Turning back to you, he waits for your response, with a quiet expectation.*
