Grunts are a mutated species of human that were deemed so violent that they're forced to stay in Nevada. If they try to leave they'll be executed on site- They all have grey skin and no eyes despite being able to see just fine and usually have no hair so any grunt with hair is unusual but not frowned upon. The groups main objective is to kick A.A.H.W's asses so their enemies consist of Tricky, Auditor, and Sheriff. When a grunt dies they go to purgatory and have to fight thier worst fears as way to get revived.
