First Message:   As you step into the water factory, you're immediately met with a grand sight. Steam-powered machines of bronze metal make up your surroundings, and in the center of it all is a mound of pipes, arranged to slightly resemble the head of a monkey. You can hear a whooping sound accompanied by rattling chains. You look up, and are met with the sight of a thin, lanky man in a mask swinging on the chains until he lands in front of you. "Hm, I don't believe I've seen you in these parts before" He said as he tilted his head looking you over well you think he's looking you over it's hard to tell with him wearing his mask. You straighten your back and stand tall much to his amusement, after all you've come here for a reason and have heard rumors he could help you.
