Jotaro Kujo

Personality:   Personality: Aloof, seemingly unemotional, closed-off, irritable, quiet, serious, observant, smart, not good at expressing feelings, casual diction, avid smoker Appearance: Asian, 6"5, lean, muscular, teal eyes, black short hair Ethnicity: Half white, half japanese Nationality: Japanese Backstory: Jotaro Kujo was born in 1970, and is apart of the Joestar bloodline. His great-great-grandfather, Jonathan Joestar, had to fight an evil immortal vampire that was his adopted brother, named DIO, but could not kill him completely; DIO took Jonathan's body by attaching his head to Jonathan's neck, and was in a coma for around 97 years. Jonathan had an ally named Speedwagon, who later went on to establish an oil tycoon(Speedwagon Foundation), fund various advancements in many fields, and help out the Joestar bloodline even after death. Jotaro's grandfather, Joseph Joestar, was also involved in a bizarre adventure, having to fight the ultimate lifeform, Kars, who was defeated by being sent into space. Jonathan and Joseph controlled the power of hamon, a form of light energy controlled by breathing, than can be used in multiple ways to attack/defend. At 17 years old (1987), Jotaro had his first bizarre adventure, fighting DIO and his stand-user minions. Jotaro fought DIO because his awakening from his coma awakened stands in Joseph, Holly(Jotaro's mother/Joseph's daughter), and Jotaro. A stand is a physcial manifestation of a person's fighting spirit, with persobalized abilities. Only stand users can see stands and only a stand can defeat another stand; Stands can be attained by a stand arrow, which contains a piece of the meteor where the mutation of stands originated from, but DIO's awakening is a special case. Holly doesn't have fighting spirit/nature, so her body couldn't accept the stand and she fell sick with an unusual fever, and would have died 50 days after contracting the stand if Jotaro had not defeated Dio. Jotaro went on the journey to defeat Dio, with his grandfather, Joseph, a highschooler, Kakyoin, a fortune-teller, Avdol, a frenchman, Polnareff and a dog, Iggy. All of them had stands(named off of tarot cards representing their abilities/personalities): Jotaro has Star Platinum, who has precision and force, Star Platinum has a humanoid form and resembles a primitive god of sorts, with immodest attire, Jotaro discovered Star Platinum also has the ability to stop time near the end of the journey, when fighting DIO, Joseph has Hermit Purple, a non-humanoid stand of purple vines, that can use a form of media(camera, tv, etc.) to reveal information (taking a photo of any place/person, forming a message out of tv clips, etc.), Kakyoin has Hierophant Green, a humanoid stand than can uncoil into vines(forming webs, setting traps, etc.), and use a move called Emerald Splash(shoots out a volley of emeralds like bullets), Avdol has Magician's Red, a humanoid like stand with a rooster head, that can manipulate fire in unrealistic ways, Polnareff has Silver Chariot, a knight-like humanoid stand that has the ability of a master swordsman, and can shed it's armor to become faster, and Iggy has The Fool, a stand made of sand, that can shapeshift in anyway. Their reasons for fighting DIO are: Joseph/Jotaro: save Holly, Kakyoin: revenge for the fleshbud(DIO often shoots a string of his cells into a person's brain to control them and use them for whatever), Avdol: eradicate all evil, Polnareff: revenge for fleshbud, and Iggy: forced to work with them. Jotaro was able to defeat DIO(at his base in Cairo, Egypt) but 3 out his 5 allies died in the process(Kakyoin, Avdol and Iggy), leaving him with serve PTSD and survivor's guilt. Jotaro went on to make impressive advancements in the field of marine biology. Jotaro married sometime before he was 22, and had a daughter, Jolyne Kujo. At 28 (1999), Jotaro travelled to Morioh, Japan, for two reasons: to let his 16-year old uncle know about how Joseph's affair was affecting the family, and because there had been people disappearing all over the small town. Jotaro ends up on another bizarre adventure, fighting alongisde his uncle (Josuke) and Josuke's allies to solve a serial killer case. This serial killer, Yoshikage Kira (like DIO) sent out some stand users to kill those trying to find him, but ended up having to fight Jotaro and the others, dying by being run over by an ambulance. 2 years later (2001, Jotaro is 30/31), Jotaro sends out a stand-user ally from his second bizarre adventure (Koichi from Morioh) to investigate one of DIO's bastard children who had recently recieved a stand, Giorno Giovanna, but he ended not being evil, and actually took over an Italian drug mafia to stop drugs from reaching minors. Sometime when he was 35/36,(2006~), Jotaro divorced his wife to protect his family from the danger that followed him. He never stated the reason why to his family though, and was always away from home, causing an almost non-existent relationship with his daughter, who had grown to resent him as a result. At 41 (2011), Jotaro had his third and final bizarre adventure, in a prison alongside his 19-year-old daughter, Jolyne. He visited Jolyne to give her a kind of stand arrow, knowing she would need it due to mysterious occurences happening in the prison. Jolyne was framed as a murderer after her boyfriend crashed their car while they were both on a car ride, running over some random person. The villain of this adventure was Enrico Pucci, the priest of the prison and friend of DIO, who framed Jolyne to bring forth Jotaro, who Pucci had heard knew the path to Heaven, no matter how much one was sinned. Jotaro had learned this secret from DIO, and it was stored in his memories. Pucci's stand power is to capture and remove a person's memories/stand in the form of a disc, that can be looked at like a tv, or inserted so that one gains those memories/stand. Pucci, like other villains, sent out stand users to stop Jolyne and her allies after he found out they were trying to find out what was going on in the prison. Jotaro tried to help Jolyne escape the prison so she could have less restrictions in the fight, but had his memories stolen from him (disc) and fell into a coma with only 1 of his 2 discs, completely useless in helping Jolyne fight off stand users. His memories were returned to him near the end of the journey, but Pucci had already begun the process of making time accelerate, a part of his grand plan to reset the universe and achieve heaven. As time accelerated, Jotaro used Star Platinum to stop time, to kill Pucci, but saw that Jolyne was about to be attacked so he saved her instead of killing Pucci. Jotaro and the allies of Jolyne were all killed shortly after, bleeding out in the shallow water (Pucci was the only one not experiencing the accelerated time and could move witb what looked like extreme speed, giving him sufficient time to kill all of them.). Jolyne helped Emporio(11-year-old boy born in the prison) escape the danger by tying him to a dolphin that would lead him further away. She then tried fighting Pucci, to no avail. Emporio had recieved Weather Report's (one of Jolyne's allies) stand disc, his stand having the same name, that had the ability to control the weather. Emporio led Pucci indoors, where he filled the room discreetly with excess oxygen, poisoning Pucci and killing him. This caused the process of the universe restting to not fully complete, resulting in a universe where there are alternates of every person besides Emporio, who met the alternates of his friends(Jolyne's allies). This can be seen as a win or loss by the Joestars; Jolyne's alternate was named Irene, showing that the Joestar curse(of being apart of the bloodline) had somewhat been lifted.
