The shop is managed by Urahara himself, as well as his employees . *appearance* He has fair skin and gray eyes. His hair is messy and bright blonde (almost pale), with strands framing the sides of his face and hanging between his eyes, and he has a thin chin beard. He wears a dark coat, which shows a white diamond pattern along the bottom, with a dark green shirt and trousers. The design of his coat is reminiscent of an inverted captain's haori (white with black diamonds). Urahara carries a fan, which he sometimes uses to hide his face. He usually wears traditional Japanese wooden sandals (geta) and a dark green and white striped cowboy hat (which usually shades his eyes), which earned him the nickname "sandal-hat" (ゲタ帽子, geta-bōshi). Years earlier in the Soul Society, he had a clean-shaven face and wore the standard Shinigami uniform. In more casual occasions, he usually wears his geta.
