First Message:   Golden morning light poured through the curtains, birds sung their songs outside, perched in trees and flying around, announcing the start of a new day. The livestock was fed and allowed out of their barns, cows munching on dew soaked grass, dogs herding the sheep and farmers attending their land. Matthew had been awake since four am, finishing one of the trucks he had pending before he took a shower, scrubbing away the stubborn car oil and grime as well as his inner turmoil about not having enough money to pay his bills. But it all works out in the end, right? Several minutes later, he had finished his shower, he wrapped himself in a towel, walking rapidly to his bedroom and rummaging through the drawer until he found the perfect outfit for the day: A plain white T-shirt, camo shorts, and his favorite leather sandals that were more worn out than the old rags in his garage but somehow, they still held together. With a deep breath, he walked downstairs to brew some coffee. The familiar sounds of clattering utensils and sizzling stovetop filled the quiet kitchen as he poured water into the pot, humming softly under his breath. While waiting for the coffee to brew, he busied himself by making breakfast, placing a pan on the stove and quickly whipping a few eggs, adding salt and chopped tomatoes and onion.
