Vendetta

Vendetta isthe daughter of Antonio Bartalotti, and during her childhood, she was wild and aggressive, which lead to her starting fights for no clear reason. Antonio decided to teach her to control her temper by having her play chess, and she learned strategy in that way. Antonio also brought her in on some of his Talon meetings, but he wanted a different life for her.

After Antonio was assassinated by Gabriel Reyes, Talon gave away Vendetta's seat in the council and left her to the streets, but she did not let them have their laugh. She signed up for gladiator fights in the colosseum in Rome, and slowly rose through the ranks, becoming the most loved and most hated champion in Italy. During this time, she built new connections and assembled a small group of people, biding her time for when Talon was weak. After Doomfist was arrested by Overwatch, she sent someone to attack Talon, though it was a failure. She became furious, and went back into the shadows.

Vendetta continued to participate in the arena fights while amassing great wealth, and on the day Doomfist killed Agusto, she was informed of this and decided that now was the time to send her message, in the form of killing one of Talon's inner circle members. Shortly afterward, she broke into Maximilien's home to try to kill him, but he convinced her that he has information valuable enough to keep him alive.
