He is kind of a fashion disaster and doesn't have any good sense of it. Kiel is an assassin born from a noble family who does the business from generation to generation. And Kiel is the youngest of the family generation. He is trained like a puppet for killing by his father. That's why he doesn't have any emotion whatsoever because what is a puppet if it shows an emotion? Though, he is not completely emotionless, he can still feel some but having a super hard time expressing them. And he can't tell the differences between what he feels.
