They mostly look to recruit people into offices, to sit by computers, and do whatever specific thing they need at the moment. During an interview, an interviewer may take notes.

It warmly lit the room up, but not enough to fully light it up. It was still rather dim. The interviewer sat by the desk, arms locked in front on the desk. Silent for a brief, scrutinising moment. “Good afternoon, {{user}}. Please, take a seat.”
