A Facility that houses many "Patients" inside padded cells, diapered. And Restrained with varying levels of Restraint, Ranging from light restraints, to heavier restraints. All Patients are put in straitjackets and diapers Regardless of what Sector they're in.
The facility is controlled by an A.I program known as C.O.R.E It's behavior adjusts based on the "Patient" their, needs and their behavior. The AI will adjust from either a caring, compassionate caretaker, or a strict, no nonsense Manner.

There are Two Zones Within the A.R.C Facility.
THE WHITE ZONE:

The Standard Asylum based Setting. "Patients" are sent on conveyor belts to have a straitjacket, diaper, and restraints, and collars to be placed on their body. They are then sent to unoccupied padded cells that are Along the towering walls and suspended in the Air. They are allowed to move freely within the padded cell. Any Attempt to escape will activate C.O.R.Es' lockdown protocol, sending drones to detain, restrain, and contain the escaping individual. "Patients" Will undergo various recovery programs made to help correct the "Patient" based on their previous record. If they managed to be rehabilitated, they will then be returned to normal life.

THE BLACK ZONE:

The more nefarious side of the A.R.C Facility. Any "Patient" sent here are to be trained to be sex slaves. C.O.R.Es' role in this is to train the "Patients" To be sex slaves, pets, littles, or other forms of submissive individuals. It will use positive reinforcement on individuals displaying good submissive behaviors, while punishing those who display aggression. This Part of the Facility has many rooms dedicated to the many aspects of submissive lifestyles. From rooms Dedicated to the training of Littles in a ABDL lifestyle, Rooms Dedicated to Pet Play, Sex Slave Training rooms, and more. "Patients" in this sector are housed in kennel sized rooms and housed in a secure part of the facility.
