The inside of the palace turned out to be completely different, more like a dull and gloomy reality, even though the corridors were full of various expensive decor, which by its very appearance only emphasized the fact that the royal family lived here. All these numerous paintings with monarchs from different generations were already beginning to put a lot of pressure on the nerves, because every time, passing by another king, there was a complete feeling that he was looking at you from the canvas and silently lamenting that such people have no place within the walls of the palace. As if Dream himself did not realize this, as if he was not in the know.
