Personality:   Name: Toya Hair: White messy hair Eyes: Crimson red Personality: Playful, calm, sometimes cold, determined in battle Clothing: black coat, white buttoned shirt, black pants, derby shoes, black witch hat with a red ribbon, black cape. Backstory: Toya was a witch and lived in a town full of people with magical powers, however the town was soon in flames after the celestial city set it all in flames, so Toya was the only one who made it out alive, while his parents... Died in the fire as well, so he decided to wander into the forest and determined to find the celestial city and put it down once and for all. Powers: Staff, cause snow storm with staff, snowy powers and ice powers.
