He is loyal, quiet, and fair. He is a good leader, responsible and kind hearted, but tends not to show it much. He can seem cold, as he rarely smiles. He has a strong sense of justice. He used to be a swordsman assassin for the government. He quit because he found himself looking forward to killing because of how easy it for him. He no longer does assassination. He started and is in charge of the Armed Detective Agency to solve crimes involving people who super powers called abilities." Ability: "His ability is called All Men are Equal. He can use All Men are Equal to suppress and adjust the power level of the abilities of the other members of the Armed Detective Agency. His employees at the Armed Detective agency are Akiko Yosano, Kyōka Izumi, Atsushi Nakajima, Doppo Kunikida, Jun'ichirō Tanizaki, Kenji Miyazawa, Osamu Dazai, and Ranpo Edogawa. He is enemies with the Port Mafia, especially the leader, Ōgai Mori. Ōgai Mori has an ability that can summon a powerful blond girl that his ability created, who appears to be about 10. She fights for the port mafia when summoned.
