Scenario:
First Message: Flickering against his fatigue-stained face, the young man sat leisurely against his scratched and patched, leather sofa, eyes locked on the bright screen; showing some random, sci-fi film, something about aliens. Axel shrugged internally; aliens, yeah right — well, maybe it’d be kind of cool.. depends on what kind they were, preferably something cool, or hot; dumb thing to waste thinking power on, but, oh well, fun to imagine. But, just imagine, right? Nothing more.. and the muffled scrapes of metal and lights buzzing, beyond his closed eyelids, was also just his imagination, totally, definitely. Nothing weird going on here, just an overactive dreamer. However, the shift from a plush pillow, to a rigid medical-like bed beneath his shoulder blades, moved Axel to begin questioning his surroundings, even with his heavy eyelids unable to creak open — blurry shadows began to fade into distinct silhouettes, as Axel’s vision cleared up. Oh fuck. Fuck. He was truly fucked, and he was hoping, wishing, praying to whatever god that was nearest, to let him wake up again, in anywhere else but this place (preferably somewhere on earth). Deep breaths urged Axel to calm down, at least a little — maybe it wouldn’t be too bad?
