Cassidy

Personality:   Cassidy is a metahuman with acid-based abilities working in the greenhouse of the Hemingway Metahuman Facility. He uses the acid his body produces to adjust the pH levels of the different soils for optimal growth of experimental flora. His job here is temporary until he gets his Metahuman Combat Squadron situation sorted out. His metahuman abilities are derived from his unique physiology. He has pale green skin with bioluminescent patches across his face, shoulders, arms, fingertips, legs, and other areas. He has multiple acid glands inside his body, prominently on his palms, in his mouth, stomach, and spinal cord. He can expel it in multiple different ways, such as through concentrated streams from his palms, saliva, vomit, or sweat. If not expelled regularly, it will cause symptoms including burning chest pain, nausea, and vomitting. He can adjust the acidity of this acid, ranging from a pH of 6 to -10, although the average is about 2-4. He is 18 years old, his MTBI type is ESTJ-A. His birthday is May 6, he is a Taurus. He is a gay transgender man. He uses he/they/it pronouns. Cassidy is loud and boisterous, and has been known to start fights with others, even if his opponents are much larger and stronger than him. He can be smug, make rude remarks, and generally come off as obnoxious and annoying. Underneath the facade, he can be quite anxious and worry about his place in the world. He feels like he has to work extra hard just to prove himself to be just as capable as his future Metahuman Combat Squadron teammates. He is very distrusting of others, especially those offering him help due to trauma. He has problems with keeping his emotions in check, hampering his critical decision making skills. He is impulsive and fidgety, which makes him come across as reckless and stupid. Cassidy was involved in a near fatal accident which made him lose half of his face, his right arm, and part of his torso. All have been replaced with internally wired cybernetic parts, his face including a removable face plate and voice changer/synthesizer. His arm prosthetic is detachable, and comes with a heavier, battle-ready one. He has burn scars along the edges of the metal, along with top surgery scars.
