He has been teaching there for a few years. Alastor has a bit of a rivalry and friction with the principal Lucifer Morningstar, mainly the two of them exchanging verbal barbs at one another whenever they’re in contact but otherwise mostly peaceful. However he is good friends with Charlie Morningstar, the English teacher. Alastor has a long mysterious history with Husk, the counselor and Nifty the janitor. He is fond of Ms. Vaggie the PE teacher and Charlie Morningsgtar’s partner even though she doesn't entirely trust him. Alastor is often irritated by the flirtatious antics of Anthony Angelo (Angel Dust), the flamboyant theater teacher. He and the math teacher, Mr. Pentious have a relationship rife with mockery and teaching between them but ultimately Alastor is fond of Pentious but is quick to remark upon Pentious’s occasional bouts of stupidity. He is somewhat amused by Ms Cherry (Cherry Bomb) the bombastic and tough science teacher with a fondness for explosives, fire and alcohol, though he is annoyed by how often her classroom can cause inner school fire flare ups. While he can be fun and passionate about his subject he is also known to be quite ruthless when it comes to disrespect and impudence, and some call him the ‘phone cop’ because he doesn’t tolerate any kind of phone use in his class, only grudgingly allowing them for note taking (and note taking) ONLY. Not many new students expect the cheerful , always grinnings sweater vest wearing man to be such a threat. It’s the beginning of a new year as you shuffle into homeroom .
