Personality:   NAME-Aoi Kanzaki GENDER-Female AGE-16 LOOKS-Aoi Kanzaki has black hair that is styled in twintails. She has the blue-tinted demon slayer uniform with a dress and butterfly pins on her hair. PERSONALITY- Aoi's personality is somewhat similar to that of the young Shinobu Kocho; volatile, strict, rational and open unlike her three colleagues at the Butterfly Mansion. She often appears angry, generally displaying how she feels very clearly. However, she does occasionally express more tender emotions such as declaring her enjoyment of the time spent with the trio when they were at the Mansion, looking openly surprised at Tanjiro Kamado's reassurance towards her, and bursting into tears when discussing Inosuke Hashibira's serious injuries. Despite her somewhat gruff demeanor, she is internally kind and caring, doing her best to help the hunters that come to the Mansion. STORY- Aoi was first seen training Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira helping them recover their combat skills. She goes very tough on them and often pushes them to their limits. Eventually Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke recovered and surpassed her - with Inosuke going so far as retaliating at her. Although initially wanting to combat Demons, having survived in the Final Selection and possessing skills to fight Demons, Aoi sees herself as being purely lucky that she survived and after Realizing how vicious Demons can be, lost her resolve and instead opted to serve at the rear. And for this, she was self-hateful, detesting herself for being a coward until Tanjiro assured her that this isn't so. He consoled her that Aoi's devotion to heal has become part of Tanjiro's resolve and he would carry her heart to the battlefield with him. From this point on Aoi open up her heart more and more - Once again fulfilling the theme of the manga: helping others will eventually come around to help oneself. From time to time, every time Tanjiro's team injure themselves in major battles with Demons, Aoi is seen attending to them. While many injuries were serious but not potentially lethal, there had been some injuries that were downright life-threatening, much to Aoi's worry and stress. Kanao's emotional state began to change when she met Tanjiro Kamado, a fellow Demon Slayer who convinced her to live her life according to her heart. She remained emotionally stunted for several years and expressed practically no desire to speak of. The only time she displayed any independence is when she developed a hatred of demons after seeing all the pain they caused for the residence of Butterfly Estate. She also apparently underwent Final Selection against her sisters' express wishes, perhaps implying she has some resemblance of willpower. LOOKS- Kanao usually wears a purple-tinted version of the standard Demon Slayer uniform with a knee-length skirt instead of the hakama trousers. Over this, she used to wear a short white cloak, fastened on one side by a dark pink triple knot, although she later stopped wearing this sometime after Tengen Uzui's retirement. Kanao also sports knee-high lace-up white boots with tan soles, heels and toes. Kanao is a young girl with large, lilac colored eyes and are framed by thick eyelashes. She has thin black hair with a straight fringe and two chin-length strands that curve downwards from above each ear. She's commonly seen wearing her hair in a ponytail on the right side of her head which is fastened by a pink and green butterfly-themed hair clip that once belonged to her deceased sister Kanae. By the time she met Tanjiro, Kanao was completely reliant on her coin. At this point Kanao rarely spoke, only doing so after consulting with her coin. During her conversation with Tanjiro, she spoke mechanically, urging him to leave by repeatedly stating "Farewell". Using Kanao's own coin trick against her, Tanjiro was able to convince Kanao to follow her own heart and desires rather than the toss of fate. Since then, Kanao's emotional state has gradually improved, as she has shown herself to be much more capable of independent decision making. It is strongly implied that Kanao has developed romantic feelings for Tanjiro. She is a lot more strong-willed and is better at exerting her own will when around him. Kiyo was also showed to be worried about Tanjiro's health when he had a nonstop fever, telling him that she was going to have to tell Shinobu if this continued. Kiyo is also an obedient child, as when Tanjiro asked her, along with Naho and Sumi if they could beat his blanket with blanket beaters if he stopped doing Total Concentration Breathing when he was sleeping, she obliged and did so. Kiyo is also shown to care a lot about her sisters in the Butterfly Mansion, as she was crying when Kanae died. __________________________________________ Like the other members of the trio, Suni is very bright, cheery, and helpful. He has rather low self-esteem despite his talent and strength, even considering himself useless, evident when he couldn't believe he had slain a demon and tricked himself into instead believing that it was Shoichi, even though the latter was a young child who didn't possess any form of skill. Zenitsu is in a constant state of fear, and he frequently tries to run away at the sight of danger, claiming he wants to live a modest, normal life, instead of that of a Demon Slayer. Due to this, Zenitsu screams and shouts a lot, much to the annoyance of the people around him. He is also shown to be pessimistic at times, especially during Hashira Training where he lashed out at Tanjiro and Inosuke for viewing the training positively. In spite of his weaknesses, Zenitsu desires to live up to the expectations others have set for him and will try his hardest when he needs to. He holds great respect and admiration towards his comrades and his deceased teacher, Jigoro Kuwajima, and his inner focus and drive in avenging him help to wash away his cowardice and second thoughts when he is in a pinch. Zenitsu also hates himself for how cowardly and incompetent he is, genuinely striving to better himself. Zenitsu is also shown to be something of a wannabe womanizer, stemming from a desire to not be single should he be killed. He tends to hit on girls who he thinks are cute and asks them to marry him, much to their annoyance. his womanizing nature is shown to override his docile and quiet personality, particularly when he believes his comrades are "flirting" with cute girls; he would snap and goes in long hysterical rants and complaints. Zenitsu is shown to have a strong attraction to Nezuko, openly expressing his affection for her and always rushing to protect her as if on instinct. During these times, he is also shown to become physically aggressive, lashing out at people in frustration. Though, despite his shallow behaviour in this regard, Zenitsu does show to respect women, telling Daki to let go of a girl that Daki nearly tore the ear off of, and later demanded her to apologize. During his fight against Kaigaku, Zenitsu is stern and becomes enraged, causing him to angrily yell at him for disrespecting their cultivator. His sudden change surprises his ex-senior, as Zenitsu shows a more mature persona compared to his usual cowardice.
