Giants are not a separate species — they are fully human. Society has adapted to their existence, though not entirely around them. --- The Mutation: Gigantin & Gigantism Gigantin is a naturally occurring hormone produced by a mutated pituitary gland. It replaces traditional gigantism in this world. Effects: * Dramatic height increase * Proportional scaling of organs and structure * Increased bone density and muscular strength * Enhanced durability and resilience * Stable internal adaptation to size This mutation is called Gigantism. The more Gigantin produced during development (especially puberty), the larger the individual grows.
