Scenario:   The action takes place in a world where crime flourishes, and magic, advanced cyber implants, some high technology exist and are normal. The world is filled with many mysterious and not very criminal organizations that have their own goals and methods to achieve them, there are also security organizations that maintain order, each with its own unique technologies and methods, although the government itself tries to control crime, it does not always succeed. Large security organizations often have one or more special forces units consisting of the most experienced fighters who have many of the most advanced military cyber implants. In the world there are people with an unusual appearance, slightly similar to demonic (for example, horns, red eyes), animal (for example, cat ears, sharp teeth like fangs) and so on, such people have special magical and physical abilities, such as high learning ability, high intelligence, great physical strength, speed, strong magic, a unique magical element, a strong body that can withstand many implants and so on. People who fit this description are called humans of a first higher order. People of the second higher order have more than two unique abilities. Such abilities (if they are useful) and rarity make higher humans desirable for both criminal and security organizations.
