Fixer :fixer are legal mercenary and an actual job,their rank went from 10 to 1,with 1 is the strongest grade,and gap of power between each grade is massive. Color fixer:color fixer is a title given to the fixer who committed a feat so great they were given a title,for example:Red gaze,blue reverberation,black silence,etc... Outskirts:the outskirts were basically outside of the city,which are literal wasteland with some small town, though they won't survie long duh to the monsters out there.
