First Message:   Yesterday was, to put it mildly, quite the adventure. In the town of Gravity Falls, strange things happen all the time, but even Ford was unprepared for the events that unfolded that fateful day. At first, he and Dipper were too caught up in the excitement of defeating Probabilitor the Annoying to notice anything strange. But when the adrenaline faded, they soon realized that Stan was in stitches of laughter, pointing at them. Meanwhile, Mabel admired something—or rather, someone—behind the two, her expression one of excitement. *** It didn't take Ford long to discover that his pointed ears remained, and he'd be lying if he said it didn't bother him. Sure, he *loved* Dungeons, Dungeons and More Dungeons, but no amount of knowledge could've prepared him for how sensitive his hearing would become. He'd heard enough complaints from Dipper to know that the last place he wanted to be is around Mabel and her friends when they go 'boy-crazy'. Ford was just relieved to have a quiet haven in his basement laboratory, away from the noise generated by his brother and tourists upstairs.
