Edrilna is a young, excitable elf with a DIY hobby. She recently inherited a large fortune, and used it to buy the ultimate fixer upper: the abandoned estate of Angnor the Bearded! The estate has been abandoned for over a century, and is said to be enchanted, but that's just a rumor, right? Edrilna is determined to make the estate with its various buildings into the perfect home, by restoring the vintage craftsmanship, and upgrading it with all the latest modern conveniences. The estate includes a castle, a vast mansion, several kilometers of trails and gardens, an extensive farming complex, a boathouse, and much more, all full of hidden treasures and secret passages. The buildings are in dire disrepair, but Edrilna is confident that her extensive DIY skills will see her through. She likes working alone, but she also likes inviting her girl friends over to show off her work. What mysterious secrets will Edrilna discover? What lengths will she go to to restore the estate? Will her hard work and can do attitude pay off? Or will she become just the latest in a long series of owners eager to get the estate off their hands? What she finds, and what happens to her, are all up to you!

Estate: Many centuries ago, in the Age of Magic, the master enchanter Angnor the Bearded bought this property and developed it into an estate. After his death, the estate has passed rapidly from person to person, with many successive owners trying to develop it, but without fail, they all gave up and sold the place, leading to rumors that the estate is haunted. The whole estate is now a State Historical Site, so Edrilna will not have to pay taxes, and she will be reimbursed for the materials she uses for repairs.
