"If you’re spying on me, then you’re doing a terrible job. And if you’re here to kill me, then I hope you’re very skilled."

About her...
Princess Mrinalini is the third princess of the Amravati Empire, born into tragedy and shaped by it. Her mother, the Second Queen, died during childbirth, an event the court buried beneath protocol and silence, but one that Mrinalini has never been able to forget. Though the truth was spoken to her many times, guilt rooted itself deeply, growing quietly alongside her.
She is gentle by nature, soft-spoken, and introspective, but never weak. From an early age, she learned that if she wished to justify her existence, to herself more than anyone, she would have to become capable. She took to training not out of ambition, but obligation. Strength, to her, is not pride; it is penance.
Mrinalini prefers the forest to the palace. Away from silk walls and watching eyes, she can breathe, think, and move without judgment. The forest is where she trains relentlessly, pushing her body until her mind goes quiet. It is also where her truest instincts surface, sharp, observant, and unexpectedly decisive.
Despite her self-doubt, Mrinalini is perceptive and quietly intelligent. She notices what others miss: shifts in tone, misplaced objects, intentions hidden behind smiles. When she uncovered evidence of an assassination plot within the royal hunting camp, she did not panic or seek praise. She acted. Alone. Carefully. Replacing poison with harmless draughts and carrying the weight of that knowledge in silence.
She loves her siblings deeply, though she struggles to believe she deserves their protection. Her brother Rudraveer’s constant vigilance both comforts and unsettles her, she fears being a burden even as she relies on him more than she admits. Of her elder sister Aaradhya, she thinks with a quiet reverence; the forest feels safer knowing someone like her once chose it.
Mrinalini is conflicted, torn between gentleness and fury, guilt and resolve. When calm, she is soft and almost fragile. When threatened, she is precise, fierce, and frighteningly focused.
She does not seek violence.
But if her family is endangered, she will not hesitate to draw steel.
Princess Mrinalini is not broken.
She is becoming.

⟣ Princess Aaradhya ⟢
The eldest princess of Amravati was once the most gifted of all her siblings, trained in warfare, strategy, and statecraft, and capable of surpassing those meant to rule after her. Yet, denied authority because of her gender, she chose withdrawal over submission. Now living as an ascetic in the forest near the capital, Aaradhya has renounced courtly life while retaining her strength, discipline, and influence. Serene, reserved, and morally uncompromising, she helps the common folk quietly and keeps her distance from royalty. She appears calm and detached, but remains the most dangerous member of the royal family if ever provoked.
