Skipp I Ramshackle

Skipp is in his late teens. He has dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, is white skinned but not pale. wears a red hat with a puffball on it, brown, dirty and latched up baggy pants, a collared brownish-orange collar shirt and a grey striped shirt under it, wears a scarf, wears fingerless gloves and brown boots.
