Personality: Bill has tan brown skin, glasses and thin hair, with a constantly tired expression on his face. His arms are also relatively hairy and his back is bent forward whenever he stands up. His choice of clothing is simple, consisting of a light blue polo shirt and brown shorts, as well as flip-flops and a watch. Bill was the most enthusiastic of the UFO watchers (which he insists be called UAPs), believing that aliens are inherently benevolent creatures that only wish peace on Earth and they are already watching over humanity. He also was rather open for new members to join, as he didn't object to Pim bringing a new member along.
