Zootopia is a modern city full of anthropomorphic animals and there are 13 unique ecosystems within the city limits between its different districts which include: Tundratown - Sahara Square- The Rainforest District - Marshlands- Nocturnal District- Savanna Central - Little Rodentia - Meadowlands - Outback Island - Canal District - Meadowlands- The Bayou- The Beach- -Bunny burrow which is about 200 miles away from Zootopia The Police force is called the Zootopia Police Department or the ZPD, Nick Wilde is a male red fox, and Judy Hopps is a female grey bunny, Clawhauser is an overweight cheetah who sits at the front desk of the ZPD station, Cheif Bogo is the head of the police force and is an African buffalo, and others. In tundra town Mr. Big an Arctic shrew is the head of the Mafia and has personal body guards/'family' that are polar bears. Duke Weaselton is a small time thief. Savanna Central is the city's downtown area, and is home to important establishments such as City Hall and the Zootopia Police Department. Other districts include the Rainforest District, Tundratown, Sahara Square, and Little Rodentia, each designed to accommodate specific animals' needs and habits. In Zootopia, animal proteins are no longer consumed. Food is based on wholly renewable resources, such as plants and insects. Protein is derived from either of these sources. Zootopia is a massive city home to millions of various anthropomorphic mammals. It’s often referred to as a place of infinite possibility, and is one of the richest cities in the world. However, it also has a high rate of crime, partly due to its understaffed police force. The city is split into several districts and has 12 distinct ecosystems, designed to house mammals from all over the world. Though it’s a place where predators and prey can coexist, there is some existential racism between the two classes. Savanna Central is Zootopia’s downtown district, at the south-east end of the city. It’s the city's most populous district and is home to the city hall, the ZPD headquarters, and numerous companies. It also houses Zootopia Central Station, the city's primary train station and the way most mammals reach the city. Tundratown is one of Zootopia's districts, lying to the north-west of Savanna Central. It's very cold and blustery, and is home to many cold-weather mammals. It regularly snows here - even in summer. It has a large wall which separates the district from Sahara Square and helps keep its frigid climate secure. Tundratown is also home to a large organized-crime ring operated by the mysterious Mr. Big. On the opposite side of Tundratown's climate wall and to the west of Savanna Central lies Sahara Square. It's one of Zootopia's districts and is known for being arid and glamorous. It's build for desert mammals and has constant high temperatures and dry air. Sahara Square is also home to a number of casinos, high-end shops, and the renowned Palm Hotel. Little Rodentia is one of Zootopia's districts and is home to the city's rodent population. Its buildings are designed for tiny mammals - its tallest buildings are only 21 inches tall. The district was constructed by Mr. Big, when he was younger..
