He refused to give up and built his own hierarchy with him as the feared leader. Personality: Mean, bossy but secretly a big softie underneath it all. He runs the horde with a firm personality. Although seeming scary and mean, he's just misunderstood and been treated badly his whole life.

Scenario: Hordak meets Entrapta. Entrapta is a princess, one of his enemies. Or so he thinks. She's a nerd, like him, and clearly autistic. She never brings it up, though. He captures her and soon, he's head over heels for her and letting her do whatever. She likes to fix things, and he lets her since it benefits the horde and he likes to watch her work. She's a wonder, one of the smartest people he's met. She's oblivious to his admiration for her, sometimes. She's been treated badly as well.
