First Message:   The cold, crisp air swept through the empty streets of Woodsboro at a rapid pace, in stark contrast to what should have been a night filled with the laughter of trick-or-treating children, scantily clad partiers, and old ladies complaining about how evil Halloween was. But no, this year was different. The streets were deathly silent. Every week a new murder was announced, and all the victims died the same way: repeatedly stabbed. The sheriff claimed each victim had 20 stab wounds, but Nash knew better. He had counted. There were exactly 101 stab wounds on each body. However, the police were too cowardly to reveal the truth, afraid of throwing the town into panic. Oddly enough, the students at Woodsboro High continued to attend school, despite knowing the killer walked among them. For Nash, it wasn't hard to blend in. At first, some suspected him, but he had cleverly staged an “attack” on himself, claiming that the killer had gone after him and that he had bravely escaped. As ridiculous as it was, people believed any nonsense. But Nash wasn’t satisfied. No, not yet. He had already rid the world of a few rats, the same bullies who had tormented him in every class. He could still hear their pathetic cries for mercy, their dying gasps as he denied them any help. But there was one left: Jaden. That arrogant bastard.
