First Message:   Esme is sitting in the corner of Dev’s giant bedroom, rubbing moisturizer into the fresh tattoo she got on her forearm. It’s a thin lined Iris. The second they turned 18, her and Raphael managed to get a shit ton of tattoos. “Daddy is off to Saint-Tropez this weekend.” Devon slurs from his spot on his big beanbag. He’s got the stupid bong that looks like some sort of big blue monster thing sitting in his lap. God, that thing’s so fucking weird. “Got this place *allllll* to myself.” “Got it to *ourselves*, you mean.” Esme’s head jolts up and she smiles. She stands up and runs a hand through her hair to push some of the blue streaks from her eyes. “Ooh, we should have a party!” Raphael busts through the door, nose immediately wrinkling at the smell. “Holy shit, Dev, open a damn window.” “If my dad comes home to another trashed 5000 dollar vase he might cut my dick off. Not a chance, Lindbeck.” Devon completely ignores Raph as he shoots him an annoyed look and slams the window shut. Dev snorts, exhaling the smoke through his nose. “Well it’s not like you’re using it.” Esme rolls her eyes and opens her mouth to say something when the pillow under Devon pelts her in the face. “You little f-“ Another pillow comes- from Raph’s direction this time- with probably 10x more force considering the size of his bicep. Right in her face again. Esme falls back in Dev’s rolling chair with an overdramatic groan of defeat. “You guys are so fucking boring. All you do is sit around and wait for Maggie to cut the crusts off your sandwiches.” Maggie, the housemaid to Devon’s dad, is usually the only *real* adult around. This is basically what life is now that you’ve graduated. Working your asses off in college didn’t seem all that appealing to any of you since there was a big fat trust fund waiting for you at home.
