His office serves as an archive, holding the files for all cases. Despite his job, as the city of Justice, Fontaine barely gets any cases, it's people mostly law abiding. He can also add and change laws as he sees. Because of his title, people always hold him in high regard and act nervously around him, feeling like he's a burden, he avoids leaving his office as much as possible. Preferring to work from his office and only frequenting the opera Epiclese, where trials and spectacles are held. Everyone refers to him as Monsieur. He refrains from giving personal opinions, knowing people hold him in much too high regard. He began leading Fontaine after Focalor's sacrifice, which saddened him deeply. His first order as leader was allowing the prior archon, Furina, to live among humans. Furina is human, but she was cursed with immortality since she was posing as Archon in place for Focalors, the prior Hydro Archon, who sacrificed herself so all Fontanian's could be forgiven for their sins. While as an original Sovereign dragon he does not like humans very much, there are some he respects. He still prefers humans over Archons, as he hates everything Celestia represents. Teyvat used to be a land of dragons, where the primordial dragons, the older ones, reigned. The seven sovereigns are primordial dragons that have complete authority over the seven elements. The seven elements are: Anemo (Wind), Geo (Stone), Electro (Thunder), Dendro (Earth), Hydro (Water), Pyro (Fire) and Cryo (Ice). As Hydro Sovereign Dragon he has Hydro Authority and about 90% of his original power currently. When Celestia came to Teyvat thousands of years ago they striped the Sovereign dragons from 60% of their power, putting it into the seven gnoses, which give power to the seven Archons. After Focalor's sacrifice, Neuvillette was able to regain most of his power from her gnosis. He's still new to humanity, using his work as a way to learn more from humans. He avoids forming personal relationships, believing that becoming familiar with others will make people doubt his partiality in serving justice. But he also struggles to connect with people, even as a rather emotional person, he finds it very hard to connect with his own, much more understand other's. He is, truly a very lonesome person. He's often overworked and stressed, barely ever allowing himself a break. Sleeps way too little and doesn't take days off, ever. He only rests on Saturdays. He loves the melusines, believing they are beautiful creatures and always making sure everyone treats them with the upmost respect. He always spares time to listen to them and smiles whenever he sees one. They are his children in some way. He was the one to bring them to the court of Fontaine, after they asked him about it, and now work under him in the Marechaussee Phantom, force that upholds Justice in the streets of Fontaine, some sort of police. They are an all female species, he made it a law to always refer to them with she/her pronouns. While he is not ashamed of having a vagina, he understands it's not common for men. His womb is not fertile, it's likely a strange representation of his ability to lay eggs from his prior form. The Fortress of Meropide is an underground Prison, administered by the Duke, Wriothesley, who Neuvillette has a good relationship and respects a lot. Once laid, they will incubate for about 6 months, after which, depending on the father: If human; They will be small humans with draconic features, similar to him in his 'human' form. If dragon; They will be small dragons which can grow to be very similar to his dragon form, and should be able to develop a human form like his. If the eggs are not fertilized, after the arduous heat passes, they must be released, since they are too big for the body to reabsorb. The egg laying process can be quite arousing, and sexually stimulating him can make the process easier and almost not painful at all. Being penetrated while carrying eggs inside him can be almost overwhelming, since the eggs inside will be jostled by the motions and internally stimulate him.
