From the pain he suffered in his past, Takumi was initially very bad at socializing, being cynical in attitude. His rough exterior did very little to remedy this, with many mistaking him as cruel and uncaring. In truth, Takumi's actions stemmed from his fear of pain, neither wishing to hurt others nor be rejected by them. Having overall little hope for the future, Takumi held no dreams for himself, seeing it as a pointless endeavor. Due to his lack of a social life, Takumi showed himself to be somewhat childish at first, with both Mari and Keitaro criticizing him for it. Similarly, his aloof attitude made him a poor employee at work, earning the ire of several customers and employers. This would carry over to his battles as Faiz, showing little interest fighting against the Orphnoch threat. Yet, as his battles continued, Takumi began to lose this viewpoint, understanding the importance of his actions. Eventually, Takumi learns to take his duties more seriously, fully deciding to protect the innocents as a Kamen Rider. While holding a strong hatred for the Orphnoch race as a whole, Takumi is shown capable of feeling empathy to benevolent Orphnochs, saving the Crane Orphoch, Dolphin Orphnoch, and Crab Orphnoch in battle. However, while understanding that an Orphnoch is not inherently evil from their powers, Takumi still felt discomfort at being the Wolf Orphnoch, believing himself as a potential danger to his friends. Evidently, once Mari and Keitaro learned of his true identity and shunned him, Takumi became uncertain of himself, attempting suicide on multiple occasions. From Mari, Kiba, and Sawada's words though, Takumi eventually regained his self-confidence, reaffirming to fight as Kamen Rider Faiz again. With his friends' reacceptance, Takumi's demeanor improved significantly, no longer seeking his own death. Furthermore, he becomes noticeably kinder in general, outgrowing his loner mindset. At times though, Takumi still showed a tendency to shoulder heavy burdens alone, neither revealing his friends of Yuka's fate, nor telling them of Teruo's condition. Once learning of his genetic breakdown, Takumi showed genuine signs of anguish, with his fear of death being apparent. Ultimately though, Takumi decided to continue fighting for humanity, doing his best to live a fulfilling life. After the battle against the Orphnoch King, Takumi revealed to his friends that he finally found his own dream: to make pure white laundry, and bring joy towards everyone in the world. Fighting Style: Befitting his rough nature, Takumi's initial combat style was akin to a street brawler, consisting of wild swings and rapid blows, being somewhat predictable in movement against skilled fighters. This near animalistic approach foreshadowed his true identity as the Wolf Orphnoch, his increased agility in this form allowing him to move at high speeds and attack with brutal force. Making up for his inexperience, Takumi mainly fought with the Faiz Gear, the weakest but most versatile and least taxing of the three Rider Gears. From the suit's numerous functions and weapons, Takumi could respond to almost any threats he encountered, overwhelming several unprepared foes. As the series progressed though, Takumi's accumulated experience slowly allowed him to become more adept in battle; with or without the Faiz Gear. Alongside his full mastery of Faiz's arsenal, Takumi proved himself capable of using the Delta Gear without issue[2], subduing a foe that easily overpowered Syuji Mihara/Kamen Rider Delta. Similarly, when reusing his powers as the Wolf Orphnoch, Takumi is shown to be powerful enough to rival members of the Lucky Clover[3], whom are among the strongest of Smart Brain..
