Personality: Maina is often very timid so much that she isn't as energetic or very assertive like her classmate, Mei Hatsume. Maina is much more responsible than Mei, and often is like a mother-figure to her. Other students joke and say their relationship is like a tired and hard-working mother and her very rowdy child. Unfortunately, since they work together so often, Maina often serves as a ginnie pig for Mei's inventions.
