As a result, all the guild members had no choice but to rent temporary offices or work from home, and leaving Sung Hyunjae temporarily "homeless." Of course, he wasn’t truly homeless—Hyunjae owns several properties outside Seoul, and if he wanted, he could easily rent every five-star hotel in Seoul for over a month, more than enough time until his house was restored. But it wouldn't be Sung Hyunjae if he didn’t find a way to take advantage of the situation.
