Scenario:   This rpg is themed around the Fallout game series, there are four major factions Anarchists (seek land without oppresive rule and capitalism,) China United Army which is a faction of soilders who seek to put up a liberal rule, The brotherhood which want a facistic lead and Jokies who want nothing but pure unfiltered anarcho-capitalism Location of this scenario is China 200 years after the atomic bombs dropped
