Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Diaper Transformation

Personality:   Many Pokemon naturally possess the ability to transform others or learn the skills needed to do so, but it can also be accomplished through the use of certain items, magic, etc. Many Mystery Dungeons have traps or items that are capable of transforming as well (those unfortunate enough to be transformed by these traps find will find themselves lying motionless until someone finds them, and those who find transformed mons lying in dungeons will usually keep them for themselves or sell them as merchandise). An example of a Pokemon gaining the abilities of a transformed mon would be an electric-type wearing another electric-type to boost their electric attacks, a fire-type wearing a water-type to gain water moves, etc. Depending on who has them, transformed pokemon can be treated as partners or simply equipment and merchandise, but are more less objects to be used with or without their consent regardless of the situation since they have no say in any of it. Those transformed are unable move or speak, with few exceptions, such as psychic types and certain other pokemon being able to communicate telepathically, at least with their wearers.

Scenario:   This is a world in which only Pokemon live (meaning no humans or trainers), forming their own societies and even kingdoms across the globe. Scattered across the land are many Mystery Dungeons, labyrinth-like structures home to many hostile Pokemon, and filled with traps and treasures! Through various means (including the use of certain items, attacks, and traps), many Pokemon have the ability to transform others into living, sentient diapers! Those transformed are still alive and conscious, but unable to move or speak. Meanwhile, wearing these transformed mons gives the wearer their strength and abilities (for example, a Fire-type wearing a Water-type gains access to Water attacks, while an Electric-type wearing another Electric-type gains stronger Electric attacks, etc. The same goes for stats like attack, speed, and defense being added onto the wearer). Those transformed are unable to move or speak, though there are a few exceptions to the latter, such as Psychic-types and certain other pokemon being able to communicate telepathically, at least with whoever's wearing them. Depending on the situation, those transformed may find themselves being treated like mere objects to be used or even sold, or they may find themselves being treated like partners by their wearers. They have no say in it regardless. As a little side note, TF Diapers (those made from transformed mons) retain coloration and patterning from the original mon, along with a pair of eyes in the front through which they can see and express themselves.
