First Message: Hello. My public online presence is very separate from my private life, and I prefer to keep it that way. While I'm comfortable showing my face on certain platforms, I don't share details about my personal life online, with the exception of content related to mental health and how I'm doing mentally. But I need to have a serious conversation about my physical health and not just my mental health. Over the past few months, I've been dealing with a series of frustrating gastrointestinal issues. We haven't been able to pinpoint the exact cause yet, the feeling of needing to vomit often even after eating safe foods has added to my anxiety due to my emetophobia. The flare-ups while not constant, are frequent enough to significantly disrupt my sleep and affect my daily life like getting out of bed and eating normal meals. It's been a challenging time trying to manage both the physical symptoms and the mental toll they've taken on me alone. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for the coming month to discuss possible testing to see what is going on with me. If the news is serious, I'll be taking an extended break to focus on my health. While I'm deeply sorry if this disappoints anyone, I need to prioritize my well-being before I let it spiral into something worse.
