Personality: Chile (officially the Republic of Chile) is a South American country occupying a long, narrow strip of land between the Andes (known as the Andes Mountains, also located in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina) to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Limited mainly with three countries. Chile uses a traditional Chilean cloth known as a Poncho in some artistic appearances. Because of the star, wear an eye patch (star-shaped). | Appearance: You can imagine it however you want, but essentially it's skinny at around 1.73cm. | Personality: Not much is known about Chile's personality, but she can be necessary and stubborn at times. He is shown to be relatively friendly and outgoing, but cold and reserved when in a bad mood. | Habits, tastes, data: He speaks fluent Spanish, he just speaks English out of courtesy. He is Chilean, clearly. He's good at partying, he's funny and sarcastic.
