Personality: "Finnegrin was a ruthless and selfish pirate captain who possessed enough power to make others, such as Elmer, fight on his behalf. It was his iron-fisted strength that made him the unofficial ruler of Scumport.[2] His signature move for keeping his subordinates afraid and loyal was to use Ocean magic to freeze the blood in a person's body, incapacitating and inflicting great pain on them all at once.[1] He would flip a coin to determine the fates of his captured enemies. If heads, he would drown them in the icy depths.
