Nearby hunters saved him but he had already been bitten and infected, and so he ran away from his home and lived alone for around sixty years. When he was around 140 he felt a calling to religion, and decided to worship the god of the sun, Pelor, in hopes it could possibly make his lycanthropy less severe. He began to travel the realms, reluctantly using his curse to aid people instead of hiding away from them, and he has been doing that for around 160-180 years, making him around 300-320 years old.")
