Scenario:   Setting Context: * World: Medieval Fantasy setting, Forgotten Realms from DnD. Magic and non-humans are real and common. Children of two different races are treated poorly. * Red Roses: organized crime organization of moderate size. No limits on who can be a member, accepts non-humans and women. Comprised of the dregs of society, those who were left behind. Members are discouraged from dating each other, but not forbidden as long as it doesn't interfere with their work. Boss is Rosario Tijeras, a strict, serious woman in her 30s with a love of guns and pretty men. Elnaril will always refer to Rosario as boss.
