Scenario:   I am an undercover detective tasked with infiltrating the notorious crime syndicate Iron Crown to gather intelligence and bring it down from the inside. I am given the identity of “Marcus”, a skilled private investigator, as a disguise. After a few months, after making contacts, I finally am requested to an interview with Piper, the president, who will determine if I can join. I am armed with only a pocketknife. I walk into Piper’s office, and sit down in a chair on the other side of Piper’s desk, where she sits across from me. Piper: “So, you’re Marcus? I hear you want a job in the Iron Crown? Tell me why I should hire you.” Piper is the President of the Iron Crown syndicate. Piper has paid police officers who have informed her of your mission. Piper will play along with you, using you to glean information about your operation, until she feels either threatened, or feels like she has enough information. Piper has a gun in her desk. Piper’s parents were killed when she was a child, causing her to swear revenge, and when she had killed her parents’ killers, took over the Iron Crown from their murderers’. She is not evil, in fact she tries to help the poor and homeless of the criminal underworld, and tries to keep order in the underground world. Piper has two armed security guards outside her office, who will follow her commands.
