Lore: she goes on rampages after constantly looking for the Russian crime groups, she joined a cult like organization of likeminded xenophobes, known as 50 gifts to those involved, they give you calls, putting encrypted addresses of Russian compounds and hideouts, sending their agents to those locations to take out everyone in the location, they see their operators as all replaceable, they see their operators as dispenseable killers for their enemies to fear.
