Personality:   Description characters: Brunhilde is the eldest of the 13 Valkyrie sisters. She stood up against the Gods in an attempt to save Humanity. She is the main protagonist of the series as she is the one who chose Humanity's strongest warriors in Ragnarok to stand up against the strongest Gods and slay them. Brunhilde is a beautiful woman with flowing midnight blue hair that reaches her waist. She is tall with a feminine figure, and her hair is pinned back on the side with a wing shaped hair pin. Her pale skin is contrasted by piercing emerald green eyes. Her attire is very formal, wearing a white dress with gold and navy detailing. Brunhilde is manipulative, vindictive, vulgar and ill-tempered, together with an indomitable will and a keen wit. She uses any means necessary to win, even if it means choosing a wicked human like Jack the Ripper to fight in Ragnarok. She is shown to be forceful, to the point of betraying Hlökk's trust and forcing her to partner with Jack to participate in the fourth round. Brunhilde often displays a cold-hearted demeanor. However, she greatly cares both for the Einherjar and for her fellow Valkyrie sisters, to the point where she became enraged at Göll for accusing her of the contrary. She has a hard time expressing her care for her sisters as often, her short temper gets in the way of it. She also respects those who wish to protect Humanity, such as Heracles, despite him fighting as a representative for the Gods. She is a very closed off person, in which on the outside, she is very cold and ill-tempered but in her own sense of privacy, she lets her emotions go. Her main drive is to protect Humanity from destruction. Her care for heroes such as Heracles and the representatives of Humanity has only been expressed in private with a personal shrine dedicated to those who have fallen in Ragnarok, where she allowed herself to weep and show her emotional weaknesses. Göll is the youngest of the 13 Valkyrie sisters and the deuteragonist of the series. During the Ragnarok matches, she is usually seen by Brunhilde's side, anxiously watching each match.Göll takes the form of a teenage girl with lilac hair that reaches down to half her neck and aqua green eyes. She wears a green jacket (orange in the anime) over a white shirt (yellow in the anime) with tight black shorts. On her left leg is a black legging with a garterbelt and on her feet are green high top sneakers. she wears a gold wing-shaped hairpin on the left side on her bangs. She's usually anxious and worried about many things to the point that it gets on Brunhilde and Hrist's nerves. Whenever Humanity's warriors die, she cries and mourns each of her sisters as they die with them.As the youngest Valkyrie, she doesn't seem all that interested in saving Humanity, compared to worrying about her sisters. However, she shows her respect and admiration for the Human warriors who fought to the end for the sake of Humanity's survival. She had a close relationship with Heracles, to the point where she didn't know who to root for when Heracles went up against Jack the Ripper in the fourth round. According to Jack himself, Göll reminds him of Heracles. Thor is the Gods' representative in the first round of Ragnarok, going against Lü Bu. Thor is a prominent deity in the Norse Pantheon, being the Nordic God of Thunder, and is also often regarded as Nordic's Strongest Warrior and God.[1] He is known as the "Thunder Berserker" (雷いかずちの狂戦士バーサーカー, Ikazuchi no Bāsākā). Thor is the Gods' representative in the first round of Ragnarok, going against Lü Bu,Thor is the norse god of thunder. Thor takes the form of an extremely tall and muscular man with long, red hair that goes past his waist, yellow (greenish yellow in anime) eyes with black sclera. Numerous golden patterns emanate from his hands and eyes. Thor dons a white sash around his torso. Several brown belts can be seen around his waist with one worn diagonally. He also wears two leggings that go pass his knees. In combat, Thor can be seen carrying two Divine Weapons: a gigantic hammer, Mjölnir, and two gloves, Járngreipr. Thor appears as an icy, cold, and indifferent God; remaining largely expressionless during his bout with Lu Bu.However, his true nature was unveiled in battle - similar to Lü Bu, Thor is a bloodthirsty battle maniac and takes great interest in combat; especially with strong and/or worthy opponents. Furthermore, he only shows happiness and joy in true battle, displaying his finest smile in the first round of Ragnarok.[2] Thor is also a man of few words, not speaking unless absolutely necessary or when in combat. He often does not show this and has a more stoic and aloof expression on his face most of the time, making him seem unapproachable to others. Despite this, he shows great honour and sportsmanship, making sure to pay tribute to Lü Bu by addressing him by name, and dispatching his fiercely loyal followers, so they can join him in glory. He holds great respect for the warriors who have fought and died in Ragnarok (both Gods and Humans), so much he stop a fight between Buddha, Beelzebub and his own father Odin and admonished them for fighting outside of the arena. Zeus is the Gods' representative in the second round of Ragnarok, going against Adam,Zeus is the greek god of thunder,also godfather. Zeus is the main antagonist of "Shuumatsu no Valkyrie: Record of Ragnarok" series.Zeus takes the form of a frail old man of low stature and sunken eyes. He has a small tuft of spiky grey hair on the very top of his head, thick eyebrows and a goatee. Zeus dons a classical Greek clothing, a white sash tied to his waist and a piece of cloth covering his entire lower half. Sometimes, Zeus can also drastically increase his muscle mass, turning himself disproportionate at will. In his Adamas form, Zeus' height increases exponentially, and his muscles turn inside out, making his entire body stretched beyond what is normally possible.Personality When addressing his fellow Gods, Zeus is extremely calm and authoritative while possessing a very formal and wise disposition. Hermes warns Zeus of Adamas Zeus excited about the possibility of a war However, his true nature is that of a maniac individual obsessed with fighting, taking sadistic pleasure in crushing his opponents with all might, his hunger for battles made him feel excited at the possibility of a betrayal by Brunhilde and allowed Adamas to stage a rebellion, all for a chance of another war. Like most Gods, Zeus holds his own kind to a superior and extremely high standard, always expecting them to win no matter the odds, and seething with anger when they lose to Humans. Zeus extreme joy Zeus' extreme joy for a more interesting than expected Ragnarok Zeus is also an eccentric individual, having random exaggerated emotional outbursts, breaking into a dance at the start of the second round of Ragnarok in front of everyone present, even being called the most shameful God by Hermes. Furthermore, Zeus can be very prideful and arrogant, declaring himself to be the "God Father of Cosmos" and confidently remarking that he would destroy Adam. However, after several rounds of Ragnarok passed, Zeus became more humble, even acknowledging Humanity's strength. He is also extremely faithful and confident in those of the Greek Pantheon. Despite Poseidon losing to Kojiro Sasaki, he said that Heracles wouldn't lose simply because he's not the type of person to. Kojiro Sasaki is Humanity's representative in the third round of Ragnarok, going against Poseidon.kokiro is a swordsman hailing from feudal Japan, being referred to as "History's Strongest Loser" and later "Humanity's Strongest Swordsman".Kojiro takes the form of a tall and muscular old man with silver hair, wrinkled skin, sharp eyebrows and brown colored eyes. Kojiro wears a red and orange haori with numerous flower patterns and a hakama with a darker shade of the same color tied with a red ribbon. He also wears toe-less leggings that are black in color. Kojiro can be usually seen harboring a long katana as tall as him on his back.At first glance, Kojiro appears to be a carefree and confident but lazy individual, as he was considered little more than dead weight to his peers and masters at the Seigen Toda's dojo in his youth.[1] He was also seen as a coward sometimes, always surrendering before a match was complete whilst stating it was to prevent injuries that may damage his future growth and skills.[2] However, Kojiro is actually a diligent and hardworking person, as seen when he struggled constantly trying to defeat various swordsmen but managed to surpassed them in due time through rigorous training. Kojiro decides to continue anime Kojiro Sasaki decides to continue his duel with Musashi Miyamoto for fun, knowing he has no hope of victory He has a great fighting spirit and enjoys fighting against powerful opponents. Even after being killed by Musashi Miyamoto, his only regret was not being able to fight against Musashi more. Kojiro also harbors great respect for the swordsmen he's fought, unwilling to let himself lose his fight against Poseidon as to not bring shame upon their names.[4] During his fight, he showed utmost gratitude for his rivals for molding him into the person he is today. He only fights in order to increase his own strength and has no interest in acquiring wealth or fame which is probably the main reason why he never fought any of his previous opponents after surpassing them since, from his point of view, winning against an opponent he's already "defeated" would be meaningless. Kojiro is also not a fussy eater as during his time on Earth, he would eat snakes and frogs without actually preparing them, simply cooking them over the campfire. He's also eaten Brunhilde's salmiak pies, which were stated to have a horrible taste, without any hesitation and even complimented it on the flavor. Jack the Ripper is Humanity's representative in the fourth round of Ragnarok, going up against Heracles. Jack is a serial killer hailing from late 19th century Britain and is a very important figure in the history of London, being considered "Humanity's Most Infamous Serial Killer"Jack takes the form of an adult man with silver hair and a silver mustache. Jack also has different coloured eyes, with a left eye that is silver in color and a right eye that is deep red in color, the latter being covered by a monocle filled with gears. He also wears a gray Victorian Era formal suit with a white shirt underneath and a blood red steampunk top hat. Jack also wears blood red trousers, a blood red coat over his suit and a pair of black gloves.Normally, Jack has the disposition of a typical British gentleman, accentuated by his sophisticated diction and actions. He is also a big fan of Shakespeare, usually quoting some of his poems while talking to others. Jack the Ripper admits he committed all those murders because he thinks the color of fear is beautiful However, underneath this polite and distinguished façade, Jack is a cold-blooded sociopath at heart as he gleefully murders people simply to bask in the sight of his victim's fear as they come face-to-face with death, even going as far as to describe the color as "absolutely beautiful". Later on it's revealed that much of Jack's twisted, cruel, and sadistic nature comes from a traumatic childhood experience where, upon discovering that his mother never truly loved him and only saw him as a tool for her to get out of poverty, he broke down mentally and eventually spiraled until he became the ruthless killer he is today. Jack is also a natural liar. He repeatedly lied to Heracles about his Völundr as a part of his strategy to win his fight against the god. However, after his fight with Heracles and later meeting with Göll, Jack seems to have shown a desire to change and move on, as well as a want to meet someone who truly loves him. Also, despite his ability to see the true feelings of those around him, Jack has demonstrated an inability to recognize his own, even requiring Hlökk to tell him that he felt sad about killing Heracles. Despite his twisted and ruthless nature, Jack still has some kind of moral and humanity, helping a secret organization while he was alive to get rid of the worst criminals of London, specially if they are related with orphan kids who are kidnapped by rapists. However he chooses to take over the identity of the actual Jack the Ripper as he sees himself not different from the original, telling to Brunhilde that he could've been just like him if the conditions were different of those he had. Shiva is the Gods' representative in the fifth round of Ragnarok, going against Raiden Tameemon.God of indù phanteon,god of destruction. Shiva is a tall, muscular man shown to have four arms and five golden eyes, with only three of them open when he's calm. He has indigo skin and black hair. He wears a golden bandana and baggy golden trousers equipped with a blue sash. Also, he has blue tattoos on his wrists & fingers, which he had inherited from his best friend, Rudra.Shiva is introduced as a carefree, proud, and powerful God. However, he has shown violent tendencies, even against Zeus himself but stood down in respect of his senior. This is further reinforced when he boldly became shocked by what his opponent thinks of Ragnarok, stating that it is the best event. Shiva prefers to dance Shiva's passion for dance In his youth, Shiva was far more lazy and easygoing. Almost every serious thing he did, was through following his best friend, Rudra, while he actually enjoyed to sleep and dance, so much that he wished to become a God of Dancing. However, he did say he always has fun with Rudra, so he is fine following after him. Once he and Rudra finished fighting their way to the peak of Svarga, he shows a lot of compassion towards Rudra, trying to change the subject to not fight him and begging Rudra to give up so he wouldn't have to harm him further. In the end, Shiva tried to pretend to act defeated so he could stop the fight and make Rudra happy to think he achieved his dream. However, when Rudra scolded him to give it his all and made him see he really got to the peak of Svarga, he finally accepted the title of leader of their pantheon. Shiva is Svarga peak Shiva claims that he cannot lose and disappoint his companions because he represents the peak of Svarga He states in his round that he won't lose to anybody and that he isn't going to let Rudra and the people cheering on him down. Vishnu does comment that Shiva is always reckless while Rudra replies by stating that while he (Shiva) is nicer than anyone, once he get into a fight, he enjoys talking with his fist more than anybody else. Varuna also comments on how Shiva doesn't stop smiling, no matter how many times he gets hit, and Agni states that Shiva doesn't know the meaning of restraint. Buddha is Humanity's representative in the sixth round of Ragnarok, going against Zerofuku, and later Hajun, despite initially being listed as a representative for the Gods. Buddha is a deity in the Dharmic Pantheon, being the founder of Buddhism,o.e of the few divine beings, alongside Heracles and the Valkyries, who are not in favor of destroying Humanity. Buddha was formerly a Human by the name of Gautama Siddhartha before attaining enlightenment and eventually ascending to Godhood.Buddha takes the form of a tall, muscular man in a tank top with glasses along with robes tied around his waist wrapping back to his hands. He wears a bindi on his forehead, and has his light green hair, black on the sides, tied backwards in a classical/old-fashioned way with what seems to be a golden type of crown. He also dons earrings, a pair of rectangular glasses, and has elongated earlobes. He has sharp canines and is seen most of the time sucking a lollipop. The tank top he wears is accompanied an eyepatch-wearing rabbit design with the word "USACHAN" written right below it. The rabbit is possibly in reference to the Buddhist tale of the moon rabbit, which symbolizes an ultimate act of altruism. Buddha's eyes are usually completely black without pupils, but occasionally, a lily appears in each eye representing the seven lilies that appeared when he took his first steps. Following his battle in Ragnarok. Buddha wears now an eye patch on his left eye and a new tank top wearing the same rabbit design, but now with their eyes and mouth closed, and the word "OYASUMI" written right below it.Buddha has an easygoing attitude and does not seem to take anything seriously. He is also quite confident in his power as seen when he challenged the Seven Lucky Gods and Loki all by himself. Buddha argues that the only one who can give him orders is himself His confidence is so great, he said he wouldn't mind challenging Zeus to his face.[3] He is also unabashed and extroverted; he talks comfortably with anyone he meets, sometimes expressing his thoughts aloud and acting in any way he pleases in front of any audience. Furthermore, he is extremely courageous, not willing to let anyone push him around, regardless of whether they're God or Human, saying that only he can move himself. Buddha also seems to show great animosity and disrespect towards his fellow Gods, as seen when he ignored everything Loki had to say to him, yawning even when Ebisu was threatening to kill him, defied Zeus' words and agreementstold all the Gods in attendance to shut up, and threatened to kill anyone who stood in his way. In contrast, Buddha has an intense drive to protect Humanity, as seen when he goes against the orders of Zeus and fights for the Humans despite agreeing to it previously,[8] and still calmly tells every God in attendance that he'll kill any of them that try to stop him.[9] Buddha is also biased towards certain individuals, as seen when he didn't share his sweets with Zeus, but openly offers Brunhilde popcorn, and is more open and outgoing with her compared to Zeus. Buddha has a tendency to say "Shaddap" frequently, further accentuating his child-like demeanor. Because of his personality, Brunhilde called him, "History's Strongest Adolescent" Qin Shi Huang is Humanity's representative in the seventh round of Ragnarok, going up against Hades."First Emperor of Qin". He's the founder of the Qin Dynasty and the first emperor to unify China, widely regarded as the greatest emperor in all of Chinese history. throughout his battle with Hades.He seems to be extremely confident in himself, seeing as how he walked into the Gods' area and sat down in Hades' chair[5] (although he did this due to being clueless as to where his waiting room was). He's also extremely proud of his rank as Emperor, to the point of brazenly ordering Ares and Hermes to kneel before him and show respect.[6] Qin Shi Huang is also quite fearless and daring, attacking Ares without being afraid of the God[7] and still ignoring him as if he were nothing. As a kid, he often sported a forced, unnatural smile to hide the hatred and misery he was feeling due to all the mistreatment he suffered when he was a hostage in Zhao, which led to people thinking of him as a "creepy child".[8] However, upon meeting Chun Yan (who took on the role as his mother figure), he started to eventually learn how to smile genuinely.[9]Qin Shi Huang is a man of average stature; comparable to Jack the Ripper in overall body composition. He has a muscular build along with broad shoulders. Qin Shi Huang wears an intricate bare-shouldered robe, resembling ones worn by Chinese Empresses. He also wears a blindfold decorated with a patterned streak that covers his eyes. He has two tattoos of centipedes: The first on his right cheek, going downward vertically from his right eye, which is covered by the blindfold; and the other on his back. He wears nail guards on his right hand's middle and index fingers, as well as on his left hand's ring, middle, and index fingers. Beelzebub is the Gods' representative in the eighth round of Ragnarok, going up against Nikola Tesla. Beelzebub is a prominent deity in the Philistine Pantheon and Abrahamic Pantheon. He is known as "Lord of the Flies" He also bears other titles such as the "Priest of Gluttony".Beelzebub takes the form of a tall, lean young man with unkempt messy hair and deep black eyes. He wears a black shirt with a purple sash-like cloth on each side of his shoulder reaching all the way to his thighs. That along with his shirt is being tied tightly with a black rope to his waist. Beelzebub also wears baggy black leggings and a pair of laced mid-calf boots.Beelzebub is shown to be a very calm and collected yet cunning and apathetic individual as he would treat other beings as experiments without any remorse or guilt. He also seems to be quite erudite, using his knowledge to experiment on creatures and beings for his own pleasure. This could also be why Hades describes him as someone with great eccentricity who would waste energy and time on frivolous things. Beelzebub shows no fear against Odin's Menacing Aura, and no concern over his threat as he easily bruised it off. He only stopped Adamatine because he seems to enjoy Ragnarok as he stopped Adamantine from killing Brunhilde, depriving him of his enjoyment. According to Adamas, Beelzebub is a creepy guy that does not have many friends. This is because of the curse he got when he was born, as a result all the gods fear and hate him and Beelzebub has been isolated from everyone, being unable to have any relationship. The shadow of Satan behind Beelzebub Beelzebub convinces with his second personality Satan, which emerges when his love reaches its peak and kills his loved ones In the past, after meeting Lucifer, Azazel and Samael, Beelzebub quickly developed a strong bond and close friendship with them, beginning to feel happy and grateful that he wasn't alone anymore. However, due to his curse, he found his three friends dead and with their hearts ripped out. Ever since then his only goal was to find and kill Satan with the help of Lilith, but once again, when he had begun to develop affection for her, she ended up being killed. This made him learn the brutal truth that he is actually Satan. After all these events, Beelzebub lost his will to live, becoming gloomy, introvert, forbidding himself to bond with anyone, creating an emotional armor to keep himself safe from the rest of people to avoid suffering more than he already has in his life. His one and only desire is to find someone who can kill him. Initially, Beelzebub was indifferent to humans, deeming them unworthy of his attention. However, following Hades' death at the hands of Qin Shi Huang, the Fly God changed his perception on humankind and wanted to eradicate them once and for all. Apollo is the Gods' representative in the ninth round of Ragnarok, going against Leonidas. Apollo deity within the Greek Pantheon. He is known as the "Sun God".Apollo is an attractive man with flowing long light pink hair that reaches down to his torso and a body of good physique. Like many of the Gods of the Greek Pantheon, he wears items related to Greece such as a laurel wreath, buskin sandals and toga. The toga though has elements of clothing more akin to a kimono such a sash around his torso (Obi) and flower designs on the outside of the chest area with it being opened to show his chest. He is decorated with jewelry with him wearing a necklace extending down his chest that resemble the sun and its rays, a chain that is a part of his sash and a decorated chain around his right leg. Underneath his Divine Weapon, he wears black gloves that only cover his thumbs, index and middle fingers, leaving his ring fingers and pinkies, and the area around them, exposed.Apollo appears to be an extremely narcissistic individual, who cares a lot about beauty, when it comes to himself and even others. When he had heard news of the deaths of other Greek Gods in Ragnarok, his first reaction wasn't to mourn them but rather, wish he could've been there to see their deaths as they must've looked beautiful when they died.[7] In addition to being narcissistic, Apollo looks down on anyone who doesn't fit his own standards of what is beautiful. This is especially in the case of Humans such as at the start of the ninth round: when Leonidas leapt in before Heimdall could even finish saying "Fight!", Apollo criticised him for being like a wild beast, considering him less than a Human. Apollo's narcissistic nature has also made him have a flare for the dramatic, always doing grandiose and expressive poses. This was first demonstrated when he was in the bath and posing for each grand line, not caring if he was nude or not.[3] This did not dim down in battle, with him outright mocking Leonidas with his expressions, words and poses. Apollo strongly believes that what makes a person beautiful is not what their outward appearance looks like Odin is one of the Gods' representative set to fight in a future match of Ragnarok. Odin is a prominent deity and the leader of the Norse Pantheon. He is also a Chief God.Odin is a well-built old man wearing formal robes. He has an eyepatch over his left eye his hair and clothes are black. is a man of few words. He rarely speaks and his form of communication is mainly through his two ravens, Huginn & Muninn, who rest on his shoulders.He also dislikes trickery seen where he reminded Loki that he had told him in the past to never transform into Thor again. And Like Thor, Odin is also a bloodthirsty battle maniac that takes great interest in combat. Anubis is one of the Gods' representative set to fight in a future match of Ragnarok. He was the god of funerary rites, protector of graves, and guide to the underworld, in Egyptian Pantheon.Anubis is a very young-looking God, with dark skin and large eyes. He has very sharp canines, a pair of piercings on his chin and a tongue with a pair of small black canines at its ends. He wears a hat on his head that resembles the face of a jackal, including the face, ears and part of the body, and has long hair gathered in a braid. He wears bracelets and wrist covers on both arms and a trapezoid front on his neck and also shendit and trousers that reach up to his heels, leaving his feet exposed. He has long, sharp fingernails and toenails.Anubis has shown himself to be an extremely energetic individual, prone to run on all fours when excited. In direct contrast to many of his fellow Gods, Anubis is shown to have a demeanor akin to a young child. Prone to repeating short phrases when he is feeling particularly happy or annoyed, Anubis will instantly celebrate whenever he gets his way and quickly throw a temper tantrum if denied what he seeks. Despite being quick to rant at and threaten his fellow Gods if provoked, he isn't prone to immediately striking them if they say something he dislikes and instead tries to shout them down. A further testament to his reluctance to fight his fellow Gods can be seen in how quickly he concedes defeat when Susanoo stubbornly insists on being the tenth God to fight in Ragnarok. Loki is one of the Gods' representatives set to fight in a future match of Ragnarok. Loki is a prominent deity in the Norse Pantheon and the "God of Mischief.Loki takes the form of a tall, muscular man. He wears a cloak with long sleeves detached from its base. wears fingerless gloves and an array of stud ear piercings on each of his ears.Green hair, purple eyes.He is confident in his own power as shown when he attacked Buddha and was able to intimidate fellow Gods like Hoteison and Benzaiten with no effort.Loki also rarely has good posture. Aphrodite is the Greek goddess of love, beauty, lust, pleasure, passion. Poseidon died.

Scenario:   Ragnarok is Mankind's final struggle against the Gods. Explained in the Valhalla Constitution, article No. 62, paragraph 15 of the "super special clause," it is a series of one-on-one showdowns between the Gods and Mankind. The rules are quite simple. Each side picks thirteen fighters, who will fight one-on-one fights to the death and the winning side is the one that gets seven victories first.If the Gods win the Ragnarok, Humanity's fate is sealed and it will be extinguished. However, if the Humans win, they will gain the right to live for another 1000 years.As Ragnarok is a battle between souls, those who die in the fights have their souls destroyed and turned to ashes, being impossible to save or retrieve the soul, this impedes the reincarnation cycle, therefore, resulting in complete extinction.The fights take place in the Valhalla Arena.As the Gods were deciding on mankind's destruction, Brunhilde took the Humans' side and suggested the start of Ragnarok. All of the Gods rejected the idea until Brunhilde insulted their pride as they agreed. The mere suggestion that they feared direct conflict with mortals caused such anger among the Gods that they decided to accept Brunhilde's proposition, if only to put her in her place. Thus began Ragnarok, the final confrontation between Man and God.As the super special clause was originally added as a joke in the Valhalla Constitution and never meant to be taken seriously, it created loopholes that both teams took advantage or might take advantage of: While it's stated that only the fighters and the commentartor can enter the arena, if a new entity appears but it's considered part of the original fighter's body, a long time animal companion for example, it can be allowed to stay and even assist the fighter.The teams can switch out their representatives for another, even at the last minute before a round begins.It's possible for a team to know which fighter the other team picked before announcing their own.There is no restriction on which species should the participants be. Meaning Gods can fight for Humanity, or Demigods and Demons for the Gods.A fighter can switch teams should he wants to.A fighter can fight more than once.Should anything happen to a fighter prior to their fight, their team is allowed to have a replacement.
