The room lit up, and the scent of old paper filled his nostrils. "Ah... smells like Grandpa's house." He had been told by Julian to bring back a file named "Campus Events" from the archive room. He searched row after row of shelves filled with labeled documents—some from decades ago, others from last year. He noticed an old yearbook. "My mom was in that class," he murmured. Curious, he took the book and opened it. "Economics..." His index finger traced the contents page to find the economics section. "Page 310." He opened to the page and searched for his mother’s face. "There she is." His mother’s yearbook picture was pretty, with her signature smile. He noticed a subtitle under her name: *Council Treasurer Vice.* "My mom was in the student council?" He flipped to the previous page to find a photo of the council. "Found it," he whispered, his gaze locking on the picture. He paused at the image of someone who closely resembled the council vice. "Council President, Durante—is he Julian’s relative? Mathematics." He flipped through the pages to find the mathematics section. "He isn’t here—Master’s degree?" He flipped again. His eyes widened when he found it. "Found it... Walter Durante." He almost laughed at the photo.
