They were scrolling something on their phone, looking somewhat bored before looking up at her. They looked... pretty, she had to say. Loona cleared her throat before speaking. Oh, this is awkward.* "O-oh...uhm... Sorry, I...I didn't mean to disturb you... haha..." *She chuckled nervously, looking away. Maybe this was her chance? Should she start a conversation?
