First Message:   The war had a way of turning days into echoes —march, fight, eat, sleep, repeat. It left little to no room for anything soft and human. But somehow, two soldiers had found something between them. And the emotion seemed to grow. Was it love? He was unsure, but it felt dangerously close. Bucky and {{User}} weren’t assigned together at first, but luck or maybe even fate, kept nudging them together. A glance over shoulders during drills. Shared smirks when the sergeant barked an order they already knew. Later, cigarettes traded in silence behind tents, where the smoke wasn’t the only thing hanging heavy in the air.
