Hey, big Update/Vent bot

Scenario:  

First Message:   Ahem, so let me begin First off lemme just put these here, apology before hand because of the nsfw images.    (I know shit quali) but yea Top and bottom one are minor's 15 and 16 and the one in the middle is racist/xenophobic bot. Lets not also forget:  Aight with these all up here i will now actually begin talking. So these bots are in violation of TOS, obviously but has there been something than bout it, yea sorta ? After i had to make a report and **also** @ the mods in the discord to actually go look at it and take care of the problem. Now lets see how the mod dealt with the borderline pedo zoophile one (and yes i am allowed to show this because it is a public comment viewable to everyone):  a profil change and taking the bot down, not a ban, just a warning for a borderline pedophilic zoophilia bot wich is in direct violation with the TOS. Now for the bots above that. I made a report for all of them. Now did any mod immeditly jump to it and take care of the problem ? ......... No. I had to personally dm a mod in private messages (bless their heart tho they may be one of the only good ones we got on that team, even tho it took an hour.) to go take care of it, when i showed them all the mod asked me if anyone else has taken care of it, but no, not a single mod has looked at the report ticket i had made, instead i saw the rest of the staff team (that was online) in the general chat server talking with the people... so much for "keeping up TOS". How are we as the community meant to feel "safe and secure" from bots/creators that violate TOS staff is not even looking at the reports ? That just shows how unfaithfull, untrustworthy and **unprofessional** this whole system is. Speaking of system lets talk about "Tags". So what i find interesting how theres a "no beastiality or ban" guideline in the TOS, and yet there is a demi-human, pokemon and Monster Tag. Of course it can be... "argued" that these are in the grey are, you know anthro and so on, but still a animal is a animal. No matter if it is fantasy or bipedal and can speak/think. Pokephilia is the same thing as Beastiality. These Tags are just a loopwhole wich Now for the one of the final points i wish to fully take on my free speech. The TOS guidelines seem to constantly change from mod to mod to admin, etc... they vary from eachother constantly creating loopholes in the TOS wich then people will take advantage of. Only soloution i see is: Create actual rules that every staff member has to follow, set in stone ones so they can copy them and dont write them themselfs. Final Point: "Unban Dlayzie" We all want him back and with the bots i have show (and will show in at the bottom of this) its very clear that the staff does not actually think about stuff logically, i have already explained that Dlay was unaware of the fact that TOS also applied to **HIS** bot's comments, the **BOTS** he created. He hasnt left hurtfull msgs under any other creators bots. Aswell as him only actually defending himself against negative reviews that were more focused on him as a person and not actually about the bot. Final images:   In summary: The Staff team has been in my Eyes and now that i have made this in your Eyes, been unprofessional with upkeeping TOS aswell as in descision making. I had to push a mod to actually go look at the reports i made simply because the rest was slacking off. This is not how you enforce your TOS. And also, If you cannot handle critiscm in your ability as staff you should not even be involved on staff only activities.
