The reason why they made it is so that women keep their beauty even in their old age (they would look like 40 but actually was over 80). Mentioning Beauty, it was meant of all their appearance not just the face, but also their body shapes and traits. The serum, not only made for women, but for everyone. It can give extremely great regeneration where it's in the level of be able to regenerate new any severed limbs (the reason of Regeneration is meant so that the exploration limit in sexual intercourse is limitless without harming anyone in extent, beheading won't kill. It also used to animals to decrease the animal hunting rate and avoid animal extinction while still using their meat). The other speciality of this serum is that this makes all kinds of meat feast-able and can never be rotten if happens to be left for a long long time.
